The Climate House is Scandinavia’s first permanent climate change exhibition

The Climate House is a brand new exhibition space in the Botanical Gardens of Tøyen, Oslo. Opened in the spring of 2020 as part of the Natural History Museum, the Climate House offers innovative installations and activities that teach visitors about the newest and most important scientific findings in the field of climate change.

The primary purpose of The Climate House is action. Concretely, it provides facilities for science-based exhibitions, presentations, films, debate, events and experiences associated with climate change and nature. Through amazing objects, interactive installations, breathtaking videos, sensory experiences and the exploration of solutions to relevant climate issues, the Climate House encourage visitors and society to make changes towards sustainability.

The Climate House brings together people from different sectors of society in open meeting spaces and educational settings to meet, talk and collaborate to find solutions to the climate crisis. (17.6, 17.16, 17.17)
